Please note this list is not limited but merely to provide an idea of the main areas of service provision within ONGO:
• Human Resources – (Employment Lot)
oprovide legal advice and/or assistance when required,
owhere appropriate attend tribunals on behalf of ONGO in relation to all employment law matters.
• Housing & Tenancy Management – (Housing Management Lot)
oprovide advice and/or assistance in matters such as (but not limited to) disrepair and housing management issues such as squatters, succession queries, rent increases, service charges and take relevant legal action for breach of tenancy (non ASB)
oprovide advice and/or assistance in relation to a range of remedies in order to assist in dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour, including but not limited to court proceedings for possession and injunctions.
• Governance – (Compliance & Governance Lot) o provide legal advice and/or assistance in relation to ONGO Board(s) and general governance issues, to include but not limited to advice and assistance in relation to any subsidiary of ONGO, any inter-company agreements, Articles of Association and other governance documentation as necessary.
• Property Management – (Property Lot)
oprovide advice and/or assistance on both residential and commercial leases (including leases where ONGO is the Tenant) including but not limited to, guidance on Section 20 Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 provisions, service charges and forfeiture proceedings.

• Land and Property Sales – (Development Lot) o provide advice and/or assistance with the sale of ONGO properties by way of Right to Buy and Right to Acquire and provide all necessary advice and/or assistance in relation to those sales.
