There is an annual requirement for a small number of ad-hoc surveys to accommodate reactive works and maintenance.

In addition to the ongoing surveys there is a separate legacy data project to survey a defined list of domestic properties. These properties are to be surveyed using the full house Management Survey.

In accordance with the HSE Asbestos Survey Guide HSG264 there are two different types of surveys:

• Management Surveys
• Refurbishment and Demolition (R&D) Surveys

The contract is for an initial 31 month period from 1st September 2019-31st March 2022 There is the option to extend the contract for 2 further 12 month periods beyond 31st March 2022 for the ongoing planned and reactive surveys
