The project is being procured on a traditional basis with Contractor Designed Portions for some elements of the work. The form of contract will be the SBCC Standard Form of Building Contract with Quantities (SBC/Q/SCOT) 2016 edition, with the Schedule of Amendments, all as detailed within Bill No 1 Preliminaries, and with the applicable Contractor’s Designed Portion supplements. Further details of the Employer’s Requirements and Contractor Designed Portions are provided within the Bills of Quantities document.

The successful tenderer will take possession of the whole site in one lot although completion of the eight blocks is required in six distinct and partially overlapping phases.
