There also exists a Doctor’s Surgery within the block which may require converting into a residential use.

Greville EPH

A former BCC EPH now surplus to requirement. The site is approximately 0.69 Hectares with a flat topography and is located in a residential area bordered by predominantly owner occupied residential properties.

The site was formerly occupied by Woolaway PRC Houses demolished in 2013. This site is brownfield and is currently subject to low levels of fly-tipping with intermittent grounds maintenance over the past 5 years. The site is approximately 0.4 Hectares and slopes from East to West and is enclosed by a perimeter closeboard fence.
