II.2.4) Description of the procurement: This tender is to appoint a national supplier to carry out PAT Testing and subsequent remedial works on an extensive portfolio of properties throughout the UK on behalf of Places for People. This contract is for an initial three year period, with scope to extended the agreement for a further two years at the sole discretion of Places for People. This tender will be for national coverage of all residential properties, which’ll require PAT Testing equipment that’s kept in the communal areas of properties such as kitchen appliances, TV’s, extension leads etc. This tender is also for all office properties, PAT Testing equipment such as laptops, chargers, monitors, docking stations, kitchen appliances etc. including agile workers equipment (laptops & chargers). The equipment carried in our mobile vans such as vacuum cleaners, extension reels, drills, tile cutters, transformers etc. will also need to be serviced.
