located in the Queenshill Estate in Moortown, Leeds, consisting of 88 units. The project will utilise a two-stage design and build procurement route with the contractor working with LJHA and its advisors to complete the design and agree a contract sum and budget for the second stage. The architect and civil / structural engineer will novate to the contractor on execution of the construction contract. LJHA are utilising the Procurement Hub Contractor Framework from which to procure a contractor which is the framework utilised by Yorkshire Housing who are acting as LJHA's partner for securing funding from Homes England for the project. This framework has been established utilising an OJEU compliant process which means that the process will comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 with the Queenshill Development having a higher value than the OJEU threshold.
